Please read these terms carefully before using the cb999 westlake platform. This document constitutes a binding agreement between you and us.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Amount
The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. No transaction below this amount will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, cb999 westlake reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals while account verification is in progress or if unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Transaction Verification
When making a withdrawal request, the payment method used must match the one registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
cb999 westlake offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
Bonus terms and conditions:
- Each new member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
- cb999 westlake reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
6 VIP and Cashback Program
The cb999 westlake VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback at each tier is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings):
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Cashback example: If a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.
The decision to change a member's VIP tier is entirely at cb999 westlake's discretion. Any changes to VIP benefits will be communicated in advance.
7 Gaming Rules
7.1 Game Results
All game outcomes on cb999 westlake are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness. Live casino games are conducted in real time with live dealers. If a technical error is detected in a game result, the bet for that round will be considered void and the original stake will be refunded.
7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, the odds and terms for all markets are published on the platform. For multi-bets, all selections must be correct for a win; if one selection loses, the entire bet is lost. If an event is cancelled, that selection will be removed from the multi-bet and the remaining selections will remain active.
8 Prohibited Activities

- Playing games using bots, automation software, or any other mechanical means.
- Manipulating games in collusion with other users.

15 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
